All the loads and the tourist taxes are included in the price of the rent.

These prices are to the week and decreasing according to the duration of the stay.

Deposit, to the amount of 25 % of the price of the rent are to be paid in the reservation. The rest of the rent is to be paid one month before the arrival.

 
Des arrhes, d'un montant de 25 % du prix du loyer sont à verser à la réservation. Le reste du loyer est à verser un mois avant l'arrivée.
 
A pledge is asked on arrival (300 € for "les voûtes" and 400 € for "la magnanerie"). They is restored at the latest one week after the departure.
